Questions, answered
Do I need to install anything?
No. SGPCS Invoice runs in your web browser. If you like, you can install it on Windows or Android so it gets its own icon and window, but it is the same program either way.
Does it work without internet?
No. You need an internet connection to use it. In return there is nothing to back up and nothing to update, and everyone sees the same live figures on every device.
I am not VAT registered. Can I still use it?
Yes. Without a VAT number your documents are plain invoices with no VAT on them. Once you register, add your VAT number in Settings and new invoices become tax invoices.
What counts as a document?
Every numbered document: invoices, quotes, credit notes and till sales. Customers, products and reports do not count.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayFast. You can switch plans or cancel any time from Plan & Billing, and you keep everything you have created.
Is my information safe?
Everything travels over an encrypted connection, logins can be protected with two-factor authentication, data is backed up nightly, and each business only ever sees its own data.
